Is $15,500 to replace roof with Malarkey Vista AR shingles (Quote 1) a fair price?

I am deciding between two quotes for a roof replacement. I tend to over analyze things and am hoping for expert opinions. I want to get the work done as soon as possible and am willing to pay for quality. I trust both companies, which both have high ratings, but I trust Company A slightly more, possibly due to the estimator. I plan to use one of the no-interest financing options and pay it off quickly, so the long-term rates are not a major concern. Both companies offer a lifetime warranty on materials and labor with no proration and will work with insurance/manufacturer. Company A also includes 3 and 9 year check-ins. I live in West Michigan and question if these inspections are necessary or worth the extra cost given our climate (decent snow, rare hail/high winds).
