Is $19,000 to replace a roof with Malarkey Vista shingles a fair price?
Project Details
I am looking at roof replacements and have narrowed it down to two quotes. Both contractors seem well regarded and will be using underlayment, starter shingles, and ice and water shield from the shingle manufacturer. It seems like Malarkey has a better reputation, but plenty of people have been happy with IKO in recent years. I am a bit at a loss as to what to pick. Both contractors participate with Directorii.
