Is $11,000 to replace the entire roof a fair price?

Project Details

I just moved into this house last year and don't know the age of the roof, but it appears old. I have two leaks, one small from a popped nail and a major one from the valley. Two companies have told me the roof needs to be replaced ASAP and is non-repairable. I am wondering if it can be repaired to last at least the rest of this year. I plan to fix the popped nails myself this weekend.

Quote Details

Quote is for a full roof replacement. Contractors assessed the existing roof, noting it is old and has leaks (one small from a popped nail, one major from the valley). They deemed the roof non-repairable and recommended replacement ASAP.
