Is $30,000 to replace roof with asphalt shingles a fair price?

Project Details

I bought my house 16 years ago; the asphalt roof is 25-ish years old. I am upper middle-aged and looking for a roofing solution to last 30-35 years. The roof is currently leaking in one spot and feels spongy.
