Is $20,000 to re-roof with asphalt shingles a fair price?
Project Details
My current shingle roof is 25 years old and needs to be replaced. I plan to re-roof my house this year. As I am 68 years old, I don't think I will outlive whatever roof I select. I am leaning towards shingles again because metal options are twice as expensive. I am looking for feedback on these options.
