Is $20,000 to install a new roof and gutters a fair price?

I recently had a new roof and gutters installed. I'm concerned about several issues: the 6-inch gutters are pressing up against the shingles in a corner near the plumbing stack, causing them to be raised. I'm also questioning if it's normal for shingles to have a non-uniform gap between their edge and the gutter. Additionally, I'm worried about indentations or waviness of the architectural shingles around the large black vent/attic fan.
