Is $15,000 to pressure wash and respray coating on a Monier tile roof a fair price?

Project Details

My 45-year-old Monier tile roof has a flaking coating applied by the previous owner, revealing different colored tiles underneath. I am primarily concerned with the aesthetics. I've heard that pressure washing might not be good for the roof and that these coatings offer little benefit.
