Is $10,000 to clean, point, tile replacement, and reseal a concrete tile roof a fair price?

Project Details

I have a 90s concrete tile roof in an area with reasonably high rainfall. I recently had it resealed, but it did not go well. Despite warning them about the moisture, they assured me it would dry, but it rained early the next morning and washed much of the paint away. They agreed to have it repainted in better weather, but I just heard drips of rain in an area I've never had drops before, and I'm completely questioning the standard of work. I'm nervous I'm getting crap work. I never thought about my roof until it was blatant it needed repairs. It is possible the drips were there previously, but they were pretty noticeable, and I'm sure I'd have heard it over the last number of years. The issue is not related to the solar panels, as they are on the other side of the roof. When they inspected the job last, they did come to fix the skylight which is on the same side, so perhaps that roof climb cracked something. I'm annoyed as I warned them about the weather, and I'm concerned if they're pushing things with the weather, what else are they pushing their luck with.
