Is $10,000 to replace entire roof a fair price?

Project Details

I just had my entire roof done. This is the only portion that I am able to easily access to see up close, as it’s on my front porch right below a bedroom window. My biggest concerns are that they are using metal sheets layered overtop of one another for both the roof sheets and the cap pieces, which looks trashy. Also, regarding the siding, they cut the bottom off to slide the flashing up under, and it looks unfinished. I'm worried that without properly terminating the siding, it is going to rip right off because it's really windy on top of the hill where I live. I have other concerns that I haven’t taken pictures of yet, such as if the gutters are going to effectively catch rain runoff as this roof is way longer than the old (I haven’t tested this yet) and they completely eliminated two vents on one side of the house. My main question is, is this acceptable for a $10k job?
