Project Details
My single story home in Central Arizona, Phoenix area, experiences 4-5 months of extreme heat (115 temp). The current roof has Pioneer S tiles and is sloped on both sides. I might decide to install solar panels in 4-5 years. I'm seeking advice on which quote is better, including pros, cons, and other points to consider. I'm unsure if one material offers an advantage over the other and if a 50-year workmanship warranty means anything. I'm looking for something worry-free for at least the next 20-25 years and don't mind paying a few hundred dollars extra for peace of mind.
