Is $3,700 to repair a roof leak, including plywood and shingle replacement a fair price?

Project Details

I was going to finish the garage but luckily life happened and I lost a few months. I discovered a small but steady drip leak. I am told it is not under warranty as the previous owner re-used old flashing on the new roof during install, and that seems to be the culprit here. Damaged plywood is visible from inside the garage. The price feels very reasonable to me, but I wanted to get some opinions and educate myself a bit more. I know the new shingles definitely won't match, but I'm not sure what the other option would be. The roof is not very sloped, and I live in the NE and get a lot of snow/rain, so I am definitely open to a better fix if there is one. This has been a concern since moving in; it's like the whole area kind of slopes to the middle, but I have to imagine the damaged plywood plays a role here. I haven't gone to another roofer just yet as I like the people, the price is reasonable, and I'm in a time-sensitive situation.
