Is $3,000 to replace a small section of roof sheathing without removing solar panels a fair price?
Project Details
I recently had a leak around a roof vent. A roofer temporarily sealed the vent area from the outside. However, the plywood underneath had already rotted and has now crumbled. From the attic I can see daylight and even part of a shingle. Because solar panels sit above that section, replacing the plywood from the top is difficult.
