Is $85,000 to install a custom pvc roof a fair price?
Project Details
I am looking at getting solar installed on a commercial office building in the Midwest. I have already tuckpointed the building, replaced HVAC units, and upgraded lighting. I am trying to decide if I should replace the roof now to avoid future disassembly costs for the solar panels. The current roof is a modbit 2/12 roof with 1 inch of crumbly insulation.
