Is $2,219 to repair parapet wall coping and fix water ingress a fair price?
Project Details
I moved into the home in October 2025. The home had a new flat roof extension done 2 years prior. I noticed paint peeling on top of the bi-fold doors, and the roofer identified that water was getting in through the coping stones rather than the roof itself.
