Is $4,200 to repair a leak around a parapet wall/gutter on a mansard roof a fair price?

I recently had roof repairs done due to a leak around a parapet wall/gutter on a mansard roof. The job was quoted to take around 7 days with three people, but it was completed by two people in just over 1 day (about 9 hours total), excluding scaffolding setup/takedown. The entire area is about 5m wide. I am concerned whether the coping stones were actually removed as quoted, as the black sealant doesn't appear to go all the way under the stone and is also on the stone, which makes me suspect they just tried to get the brush where it could reach. The joints looked fresh, but I wonder if this was done to give the impression of them being taken off. I am a complete layman and am wondering if I got scammed, and if other quoted items were not done.

The scope of work included: - Take-off capping stones from parapet wall (possibly coping stones) - Sand down gully area - Re-seal and re-paint gully area to make watertight - Waterproof under capping stones to stop water penetration - Repoint brickwork where necessary and make good - Supply and fit slates where missing - Supply and fit new roofing felt where missing from dormer - Scaffolding was included in the price
