Is $50,000 to replace the whole metal roof a fair price?
Project Details
I own the building and am trying to get 5 or so more years out of it before paying for a full replacement. I am considering cutting out oxidation back to good metal and using a silicone fiberglass patch followed by a silicone coating on the whole roof.
