Is $115,000 to replace and raise a flat metal roof a fair price?

I have a flat metal roof with some water ingress issues, which I've temporarily stopped with silicone and unclogging. I'm not very handy. I'm planning renovations soon and want to know if a full roof replacement is necessary before then, or if a medium-term repair (rust kill + polyurethane sealant) would suffice. I also plan to get solar installed and want to avoid replacing the roof after that. The roof is 54 years old and seems thick, but has rusted capping.
