Is $6,999 to replace existing shingle roof with new GAF Timberline HDZ architectural asphalt roof a fair price?
Project Details
I received a quote for replacing the existing shingle roof of my ~1600 sqft house with a new one for less than $7,000. I am located in Northern NJ, which is a high cost of living area, and I am wondering if this price is too good to be true or if there are any fatal flaws.
