Is $5,200 to install Klean Gutter Leaf Guard system a fair price?

I haven't been able to find any reviews on the Klean Gutter product, so I'm assuming it's fairly new. My situation involves a steep (high-pitched) roof with both leaves and pine needles. I've heard that metal guards with holes offer good water runoff on high pitched roofs, but they can also clog with pine needles. I spoke with someone who has these installed on a similar steep roof, and they said the water has been flowing through fine. I'm looking for anyone with experience or opinions on this brand. I'm also asking if there are any other proposals for my roof. I have in-ground downspouts and am worried about clogs from debris. For context, gutters alone would cost about $5,000.
