Is $2,500 to replace all ridge cap shingles a fair price?

Our architectural asphalt shingle roof has been up 13 years. Used hurricane nailing last time. We live in a windy area on a ridge. For 13 years didn't lose a shingle. This last winter we lost 3 or 4 roof vent cap shingles.
