Is $30,000 to replace cedar shake siding a fair price?
Project Details
I’m not very familiar with cedar shake siding, but am hoping to get a view on if this needs to be replaced or a good paint job is sufficient. Depending on market rates I may be looking at moving in 5 years or so, but that’s TBD. My interest rate is extremely low and it’s hard to imagine doubling my mortgage just to move.
