Is $200 to repair fallen brick fascia a fair price?
Project Details
Weather and other factors did not cooperate when trying to replace my driveway so I didn't have one for about a month. While it was gone, part of my brick fascia fell off due to gravity. My contractor and I agree it wouldn't have happened if the driveway was there. He also told me he'd fix it. There was never an indication he'd charge me for it, until today. It felt that way during the month-long driveway work and I intend to never work with him again, but I want other opinions that would know better than me. Part of me also thinks I should just do it myself.
