Is $51,477 to install an 18.48 kw dc solar system a fair price?

I'm starting to get some quotes in upstate NY and while I know the winter production will obviously be lower, I'm looking for any sort of opinion on the attached equipment list. From what I can tell, the SEG panels are looked at a bit worse than REC due to the degradation, but it looks like this is over provisioned a bit, which should offset for it. We do have 1:1 net metering at least, which is in our favor, although with about a 90-120 day lead time, we will miss a lot of the summer and won't see a lot of it until next year.
