Is $259 to replace a solar micro-inverter under warranty a fair price?

Project Details

I've had solar panels since April 2013 and this is the second micro-inverter that has gone bad. The first replacement, about two years ago, was covered by my installer company. This time, I received a quote for labor, even though the hardware is under warranty until 2038. I'm considering getting quotes from other companies because my original installer has expanded to another state, communicates only via email, and I feel they are taking me for granted.

Quote Details

This quote is for the labor to replace a faulty solar micro-inverter. The micro-inverter hardware itself is covered by warranty until 2038. - Base labor cost: $259, which includes the first hour of work. - Additional labor cost: $159 per hour for any time exceeding the first hour.
