Is $550 to replace a Solaredge inverter a fair price?

Project Details

My Solaredge SE3800H-US000BEU4 inverter went offline, and Solaredge sent a replacement unit (SE3800H-US000BEI4) under RMA. The installer is charging me $550 for the replacement, even though it's only been 3 years and I believe it should be under workmanship warranty. They claim the new unit has an updated design and different footprint, requiring conduit modification and additional materials. I understand Solaredge doesn't cover all labor, but the quote seems high.
