Is $3,300 to purchase a Solar Insure warranty a fair price?

I am getting 53 Jinko 450W tiger neo panels with 2 Tesla Powerwall installed. The installer first included Solar Insure in the quote but is now asking for an additional $3300 because the system doesn't have microinverter and Tesla Powerwall itself has a built-in inverter, making Solar Insure more expensive. I am questioning if this is true or if the installer is trying to get more money out of me. I am also wondering if I am better off just going without the warranty because I read the microinverters are the ones that break the most, and since my system doesn't have any, there is not much risk.
