Is $16,206 to install a 11.88 kW solar system a fair price?

I don't need a battery because I will utilize all electricity, and I can take full advantage this year of the tax credits by washing some investment capital gains. The company is Plug PV and I've heard good things about the work they do, but they are on the more expensive end because they do a ton of work in the area, but this quote seems reasonable to me $3.35/watt before any tax credits?
