Is $260 to install a 23-panel solar system with two Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries (PPA) a fair price?
Project Details
I recently bought my first home in Central California. My first electric bill was $280, and I have a pool and an electric vehicle. I estimate my annual electricity usage to be around 10,000 kWh. Due to budget constraints, I'm leaning towards a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for solar. I'm seeking feedback on whether the second quote option would generate enough power to cover my estimated yearly usage, considering panel degradation and future needs, or if the first option with more buffer and storage is a better investment. I'm also interested in general input on PPA setups, especially regarding escalators and battery storage.
