Is $125,000 to install a solar and battery system via PPA a fair price?

I am new to solar and seeking advice on whether a PPA is a good idea and what solar + battery equipment ecosystems to consider. I have higher-than-average electric usage due to 2 EVs, heating/cooling via 7 mini-splits, a small pool, and a hot tub. I am not looking for help sizing the system, but rather guidance on the business model and gear. The system can fit on my roof, and I also have a huge lot, so I'm wondering if a ground mount is cheaper or more expensive. I am based in the SF Bay Area.
