I'm looking for advice on which solar quote to choose. The prices provided do not include any tax credits or SRECs. Public Service Solar is claiming that Green Power Energy's design is incorrect due to offsets and will not be approved, and I'm unsure if this is just a sales tactic. I'm seeking thoughts on these two companies and their quotes.
