Is $254 to enter into a solar power purchase agreement (PPA) a fair price?

Project Details

I was already looking for a PPA myself as it's what works for me, so please save me the lectures. I just wanted to share what we negotiated. I feel that it's a fantastic deal considering there's no escalator. My energy provider charges me about $0.032/kWh.
