Is $225 to install solar panels and two Tesla Powerwalls with a monthly PPA a fair price?

Project Details

I currently pay Edison (SCE) an average of $135 monthly for electricity. Edison's rates are about $0.28/kwh - $0.32/kwh, and I also get discounts with SCE due to having family with Medical. I have not experienced any blackouts that have lasted longer than at most 2-3 hours. I was exploring the idea of replacing my power utility with solar, but the proposed $225 monthly payment with Sunrun seems much higher than my current bill, largely due to the Powerwalls. I believe the sales lady is upcharging the rates, and I'm wondering if there's an option to not get the Powerwalls. The cost of the Powerwalls pretty much negates all the savings, making it more expensive to transition to solar. It's not worth it for me at this time.
