Is $27,454 to install a 12.95 kW solar panel system a fair price?

I'm pleasantly surprised by the output on the first fully clear day here in the PNW. I figured the reason it doesn't hit 12.95 kW at peak is because 5 of the panels face west while the rest are south. I'm wondering if 97.5 kWh output in a day is quite good for a system this size. I also want to confirm if I will have 1:1 net metering for the life of the system since I got it while it was in effect.
