Is $16,555 to install SEG Yukon N 430W solar panels with Enphase IQ8MC microinverters a fair price?

I'm considering Company 1 seriously and am looking for thoughts on the overall quotes, specifically whether to choose between SEG and REC panels. My roof is partly shaded and would accommodate 14-17 panels, leading to an estimated annual kWh production of 950x to 1000x, covering about 60-70% of my energy needs. I anticipate a payback period of around 7 years after the ITC. I don't fully understand the practical differences between the microinverters, but I've learned that the clipping difference between IQ8A and IQHM is small (0.5% vs 2% max), resulting in only a 120-200 kWh annual difference. The price difference per inverter is about $20, so it could be a worthwhile upgrade if I have extra cash. I've already signed with one of the companies and will decide on the specific panels after the site survey, choosing what fits best for maximum system size. I'm comfortable with both options, though REC is definitely top-notch.
