Is $34,500 to install a 14.26 kW solar system with REC 460 Alpha Pure RX panels and IQ8X microinverters a fair price?

I'm asking for thoughts on information received from the installer. It feels like the installer has been kicking the can down the road and trying to steer me away from Enphase inverters, especially with the last email. I've been attempting to research the options after getting advised that "SolarEdge/SMA is financially healthy" and Enphase is essentially on the brink of financial ruin with the changes set for 2026. It was also mentioned customer service with Enphase is awful and SMA is one of the best to work with when/if a customer has issues. I have very little shading and with my attempted calculations with ChatGPT and PV Watts, it seems like with a south-facing roof there will be a minimal difference in performance, so the only true benefit would be pricing. The price difference must be $5k+ to justify going string with optimizers versus microinverters. My anxiety from SMA comes from the small potential to have no output should the inverter have an issue. The installer offered Canadian Solar, but I requested REC based on their reputation and research, as the price was not much different. Nothing has been signed yet.
