Is $29,974 to install 18 REC Alpha Pure RX 460 solar panels with Enphase IQ8X microinverters a fair price?

My solar system was turned on late afternoon on the 17th. The contract was signed on August 23rd, so it took just under 3 months from start to finish. I believe the deal was fair for Eastern Massachusetts, especially since it was August 2023 and the tax credit expiring was well known. I was also able to secure the REC Alpha panels despite a shortage after the fire in Taiwan. I received my electric bill a day after the array was put in service and don't plan on paying it due to the solar offset. I chose Summit Energy because they are physically located in Massachusetts, unlike Lunex Power, which I originally signed with but rescinded due to them being Florida-based and farming out installs. Summit was confident they could get the REC Alpha panels and delivered. They also offered the SolarInsure warranty, which I felt provided additional peace of mind given the changes in the solar installer market. Eversource is very regimented in the final stages, providing accurate timelines for meter swap and PTO, which took about a month after inspection. I also know that Eastern MA cities and towns vary in their 'solar friendliness' regarding inspection turnaround. Eastern MA has 1:1 net metering, so the utility acts as my battery.
