Is $25,600 to install a 9.2kW solar system with REC Alpha Pure-RX panels a fair price?

My last 12 months usage was 10,500 kWh. I asked both companies to propose systems that go over my current usage in case it increases and to protect from degradation. My main goal is monthly price protection long term. Both quotes include a "points" buy down on the financing to get the monthly payment and interest rate shown. Both installers are good companies. The REC system has better degradation, but the Jinko Tiger Neo is competitive, and over 25 years, both systems are projected to degrade to a similar annual kWh due to the Jinko system having 3 more panels. Option 2 has a higher amount financed due to the points buy-down, but my goal is the monthly payment, as I am not planning on an early payoff. I will probably move between year 18-20, and both systems are transferable, so the Jinko might give a better ROI while better offsetting any increased usage. I'm more focused on the lowest monthly payment and 15-20 year production, and I don't plan to pay it off early. I know REC is technically higher quality, but the Tiger Neo is solid from Jinko, and I'd be generating more for a similar cash price and lower monthly payment, which is why I'm so torn.
