Is $67,200 to enter a solar PPA with Sunrun a fair price?

Project Details

I am in discussion with Sunrun and I have my hesitations about the company, but it feels like this is just too good to be true. I understand that a PPA is one of the more expensive forms of obtaining solar, but I am not in a situation where I can buy it out. The numbers have this at $67200 over the length of the contract, which isn't that much worse than the upfront cost plus reasonable maintenance, right? The guy claims to be going negative on the offer, but am I missing something?
