Is $37,450 to install a whole home battery backup and small solar system a fair price?

I am looking for feedback on this quote for a primarily battery backup and small solar system. I know the cost of the battery materials but am unsure if the total cost is fair with installation. The total cost is $37,450, but it also qualifies for $7,500.00 of credits between solar and batteries. This quote is from a reputable electric company specializing in off-grid solar/power. We had other companies come out regarding Powerwall batteries, but this company seemed the most knowledgeable and presented different options. They recommended the Eg4 system over Tesla. We recently moved into a remote area in the PNW that frequently loses power in the winter. Most outages are 25 hours or less, but there's usually at least one a year that goes longer (last year, a storm caused an 11-day outage). The main goal is to have power during most outages; if power is out for more than a week, we would likely go elsewhere. The house is surrounded by large trees, and every company has told us a full solar system is not feasible. This company suggested a small solar system to potentially help during extended outages.
