Project Details
I am deciding between two solar system quotes for my new home. Both prices include a local power company rebate that almost completely offsets the battery cost, and these are cash prices. Both companies claim the systems can be online before the end of the year, which is important for the tax credit. I haven't calculated the price per watt yet. Since this is a new construction, I don't know my exact usage levels, so the systems were quoted based on estimated usage from square footage.
