Is $129 to enroll in the SolarEdge Power Care Lite maintenance plan a fair price?

I just got an email today from SolarEdge for a Power Care Lite maintenance plan. I'm wondering what this plan actually does and why I would need it, as I can see my solar is working just fine through the SolarEdge app on my phone. I tend to view solar as "set it and forget it" and my energy bill being under $20 during the summer confirms it's working. We did have to upgrade the antenna/wifi to the solar edge a couple years ago, but it's been working fine since then. I'm looking for insights into the benefits of such a plan.
