Is $11,000 to replace 10 original aluminum windows with Andersen 100 series a fair price?

I own a 1980, 1600 sq ft single-story starter home in a highly desirable area. I don't intend for it to be my forever home, but it's possible I might own it forever and rent it out in 5-8 years. I need to replace 10 original aluminum windows. I'm trying to decide between Andersen 100 and MI or NT vinyl windows. The salesperson suggested Andersen 100 might be overkill if it's not a forever home, but online reviews for MI/NT are mixed. I'm looking for advice on whether to spend more for a better, longer-lasting product or if MI and NT are decent products that will fare well in hot Houston weather and offer better soundproofing and energy savings. I've received about 7 quotes, and the Andersen 100 series quotes are all within $500 of each other, with NT having slightly higher variance. The price delta is negligible, so I'm leaning towards the more reputable brand.
