Is $5,100 to install 6 Andersen 100 windows for an addition a fair price?

I'm building a small addition with windows on 2 walls. The original plan was to use Andersen 100s which I ordered from Home Depot before realizing the 0.27 U-factor would not meet the city's 0.25 requirement or the architect's recommended 0.24. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order. I'm having a hard time making a decision because the Marvin Elevate windows are almost 3 times what I thought the windows would cost.
