Project Details
Our current windows are original single panel wood from the 1940s and are in terrible shape. Our house is very cottage core and we are keeping it that way, dark stained wood trim, doors and basically everything. We would be financing both options at around a 9% construction loan. Located in North Jersey where it's cold in winter and humid in summer.
