Is $150 to remove and clean a PGT vinyl sliding glass door frame a fair price?

I have a 4-year-old PGT vinyl double-pane triple slider door that is accumulating black grime on the frame, not just the track. I've cleaned it, but it keeps coming back. I don't spray anything like WD-40 on it. I think it's a defective product, and I'm concerned it's not a normal part of the design. I've read BBB complaints about PGT and don't have much hope for a defective product claim.
