Is $13,000 to replace a walk-in shower due to failed grout a fair price?
Project Details
I own a condo I bought 4.5 years ago. I just found out there is an issue with the shower that was remodeled just before I bought it. There is water seepage that is leaking to the unit below me. I'm just astounded that it costs that much just for the shower. Any help/advice/info anyone can provide would be very much appreciated. I'm looking for anything I should be on the look for when talking to contractors. I used to do HVAC, but plumbing and tiles were never in my wheelhouse.
