Is $2,700 to pressure wash, sand, and timber oil 370 sq ft of PT decking a fair price?

I am tired of doing this work myself. I was a little surprised by the price but am trying to figure out if it matches rates in my area. I'm in the Northeast. I've called a few companies, but this was the only one to call back, so I don't have anything to compare to. I am quite rural. I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past. The main portion of the deck is 28x9. The decking was installed in the 70s and is the old PT, which is near perfect for its age. It has easily lived 10+ years of its life not even sealed and still looks good. I could definitely just have it cleaned and sealed, but we had it sanded once 15 years ago, and that looked pretty amazing for ~3 years, so I was leaning towards that again. Back then, I had a hookup, and it only cost like $800. I have to stop DIYing some stuff so we can get more done in a season. I was feeling the price was a little high but not too bad.
