Is $1,250 to purchase and install a delivered deck a fair price?
Project Details
I was quoted over $12,000 by on-site deck companies for two decks, but I found these delivered decks for $1250 each, which are dirt cheap and pretty sturdy, despite sitting on blocks. I plan to add lattice or other panels around the bottom to cover the blocks. I live in a rural area. I picked the size and placement of the deck, and the builders pointed out something about a window.
