Is $3,300 to brace and level existing deck a fair price?
Project Details
I have an existing composite deck that is about 15 years old. There’s some noticeable sagging/bowing in the middle of the two long runs. The deck doesn’t feel soft at all. I had two contractors come out and both told me that there are no structural issues and the deck does not need to be replaced. I am trying to determine if adding new beams is worth it or not, and whether it’s actually going to help the deck.
