Is $10,000 to repair an old inground pool a fair price?
Project Details
I bought a house with an inground pool that has not been in use for over 10 years. I've already removed most of the liner. I received a quote to repair it, but I'm also considering just removing/filling it or building a deck over it. I'm concerned about potential bug and water problems if I deck over it. I live in New England and would only enjoy a deck or patio for 4-5 months out of the year. I'm aware that any solution will be expensive.
